Are you like me and feel compelled to buy new swimwear each year? I just can’t commit to liking a suit a year later. It’s usually nothing to do with the style and more to do with how I feel or look in them. Last year I was VERY pregnant and moved not long before giving birth so I didn’t even wear a swimsuit at any point! The year prior, I was in better shape than before my firstborn. Let me tell you, those suits will never see daylight again
My predicament as a swimwear addict is the cost. They are so expensive for something I know I won’t wear often. This is why I went to SHEIN. I’ve purchased from there before – all Winter wear and it was a success! I found great cardigans and some basic tees to see me through a season. Swimwear is a bit more difficult than an over-sized cardi though, isn’t it?
Imagine we did a diverse line-up of five random women in chunky knitwear. They would all look relatively similar aside from height. Now imagine they were all in swimsuits. Their different sizes, shapes and all manner of body variations become very apparent. I get it, buying intimates online is HARD, especially when it’s inexpensive, fast-fashion. I expected the worst but took the risk and I’m so happy with what I received!
