Add flour, nutmeg, baking powder, vanilla, vegetable oil and milk (all remaining ingredients) and combine
Partly fill cases with batter
Cinnamon Swirl
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter
Add a drop of your mixture to each case and swirl with a toothpick. Do not combine fully. Set remaining mixture aside for later
Add remaining batter to each case. Each one should be around 2/3 full
Melt remainder of cinnamon mixture if it has begun to harden. Put it in a small jug or something with a lip. Pour a small amount into each case in a swirl shape
Bake cupcakes for approximately 20 minutes or until you have a clean toothpick
Glaze
Mix powdered sugar with vanilla and slowly add in milk, ensuring not to flood the mixture
The mixture needs to be thick enough to not pour all over the sides of the cupcakes but not too thick that you cannot pour correctly
Drizzle glaze over cupcakes when thoroughly cooled
